It’s been awhile friends. My time in the shop has been sporadic at best the last several months. There’s been numerous times where I would think to myself “I should probably write a blog post about this” only to take a photo, post it to Instagram and move on. In fact half the time I didn’t even do that, I mean who’s honestly interested in a breaker box? I’ve realized however that I’ve been missing the documentation and the interaction that the blog provides. So, it has been awhile friends, but welcome back to the Tektōn Guild!

There have been some exciting additions to the Tektōn Guild workshop.  The backyard Smithy is now up and running, so expect some more content capturing my attempts at blacksmithing. I’ve also outfitted the workshop with some power tools, but for the most part these will remain in the background as my passion will always be around handtools and traditional methods. Like any good woodworker I’ve got a list of projects longer than I’ll ever reasonably get to, so stay tuned for more content on the blog. And as with all things on the Tektōn Guild, I’ll do my best to document the process and share what I learn along the way.
